A former student of Sensei Hiroo MOCHIZUKI, inspired by the teachings of Sensei Taisen DESHIMARU, Japanese Zen master of the Soto school, Nidhal CHATTA now acts as a mentor.

He has developed his own breathing method called B & MORE ZEN, the fruit of his experience of more than 35 years contact with the greatest masters of Budo.
