I am honoured to take the art direction of the 2022 Manarat Mediterranean Film Festival edition (MMFF 2022) from 30 August to 2 September!
The magnificent Erlanger Palace (Ennejma Ezzahra) in Sidi Bou Saïd hosted this vibrant and authentic festival. Our public enjoyed the outdoor beach screenings (Manarat under the Stars), the Masterclasses focused on the cinematic image notably the following : Shooting Underwater, Authentic Documentary Image and Low-Budget Image (Manarat Pro) and classical and traditional music concerts. This edition is bound to lay the foundation of a platform for sustainable and successful collaboration and co-productions between the 2 shores of the Mediterranean.
